Refund Policy

At Satkriti Hospital, we strive to provide the highest quality medical care. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been provided. However, if a scheduled consultation is cancelled by the hospital, a full refund will be issued.

2. Diagnostic Tests and Procedures

Refunds for diagnostic tests and procedures will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If a test or procedure is cancelled by the hospital before it is performed, a full refund will be issued.

3. Advance Payments

If you have made an advance payment for a procedure or treatment that is subsequently cancelled by you, refunds will be subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before the scheduled time: 80% refund
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before the scheduled time: 50% refund
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before the scheduled time: No refund

4. Insurance Claims

For services covered by insurance, refunds will be processed according to your insurance provider's policies and our agreement with them.

5. Medication and Medical Supplies

Medications and medical supplies are non-refundable once dispensed, except in cases of dispensing errors by the hospital.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
